2002 Dodge Ram No Coolant Flow in Radiator Hoses

I just installed a New Thermostat, Water Pump, Radiator, Cap, and coolant.

The two radiator hoses both get hot, but there is no flow.

Thermostat verified opens and installed in correct direction. Engine warms up normally and does not overheat. Heater air seems mild, and not as hot as it should be.

Cooling system pressure guage holds at 12 psi.

Since they are the only cooling system parts left, heater core and bypass hose are suspected?

Any help is massively appreciated.

what is the temperature on the heater hoses, going in and out of the firewall? the easiest way I have found to diagnose overheating problems, is to go to Harbor freight purchase yourself an infrared heat temperature gun they cost about $20. So you can check the temperature of the hoses, the thermostat housing, the radiator, etc. but it sounds to me like you've got air in the system, if you can find a steep driveway, open up your radiator cap and see if you can get the air out.
