2002 Dodge Ram heater controls

The heater won't turn up & get hot when on high. It gets warm but not hot. It appears that the control door is moving & it is hot at the heater core.

Hi:
When the engine is at normal operating temp and the heater on, feel both heater core hoses to see if both are hot. Let me know what you find.
