I have a 2002 Dodge ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab and the fan speed knob does nothing on any number? So in turn I get no heat/ac or defrost. I have been told that it is the heater switch, or the blower motor resistor, could it be both or the whole blower motor itself? and how can I fix it?

The resister will allow the fan to work on high even if it is bad. As far as this problem, start at the problem, the blower motor. See if there is power to it. Let me know what you find.
