When stomping on the gas pedal my 5.9L Ram will accelerate through first gear as normal, but fails to shift into second. The rev limiter kicks in around 5500-6000 and the truck will not shift at that point, but will immediately shift after easing up on the gas pedal. During normal operation there is no problem with shifting and the fluid level is where it should be. What advise could you offer?
