My radiator blew at the plastic seam, 7 years old normal I thought. Replaced radiator, flushed system, and filled and bled system. Ran it for 15 minutes to normal temp, but lower Rad hose is cold to the touch. My question is that normal or is the thermostat possibly bad (and might have caused the Radiator to blow at the plastic seam. Hate to keep changing parts to find the culprit.

Hi:
It is common for them to go at the seams. As far as the question, if the engine is running well and not overheating, let it go. Many have had the same question but had no problem, so I would say it is normal.
