2002 Dodge Ram Check Gages Light

This light comes on while I am driving and thye engine oil level gage drop all the way down to low, now I hear some rattlikng from the engine so I have elected not to drive it at this point.

I no it has oil in the engine but I dont have a clue what is the problem

If the oil pressure gauge drops to 0, then you need to install a manual gauge to verify it has any oil pressure at all. If not, could be a plugged pick-up screen, bad oil pump or bad bearings in the engine. If you hear rattling, Im gonna say it has no pressure and you may beed to take it to a shop to hvaev it looked at
