My husband took his truck to a transmission shop to have the transmission looked at. He was told the transfer case was broken and need to be replaced. The car was running at the time. They replaced the transfer case with a new one, it could not be rebuilt. Now the transmission shop can’t get the truck to start. They called us and asked if we had a kill switch, we don’t. The truck has been there for over a week now and they say don't know why it wont start.

You are going to have to be a little bit more specific with me, I need more information, like does the truck crank over?, Does it have any spark? Have they checked the fuel pressure? And things like that, go back to the transmission shop with a pen and pad and right down everything they have done, and exactly what the truck is doing and forwarded to me. Thank you.
