We just installed a rebuilt transmission replaced all the sensors. It felt great on the test drive, got it back home started it up about an hour later and it felt different, wouldn't shift into 2nd gear just held 1st gear. Dropped the pan checked for anything out of the ordinary in the transmission pan and fluid nothing no metal shaving's or parts. Parked the truck powered it off and it's worked for a few miles then once again it wouldn't shift this time sticking in 2nd gear. No engine lights or codes popping up. Stopped it again started it back up and it worked again for a few miles. Any idea what I am missing?

Sorry I also forgot to mention the Transmission was rebuilt out of a 96 and put into a 2001. The Tranmssion is model is A518

All Connectors and wires are fine. No check engine lights. Did Have a governer pressure regulator check engine code, but swapped it out and no change. Changed the speed sensor. Governer sensor and transducer. No change.

I had the Dodge Dealer replace that last year, is it possible that it has gone out again?
