2001 Dodge Ram squeeling

i just purchased a 2001 dodge ram 1500. sometimes when i brake there is a squealing noise in the front end, i assume it is the breaks, but i don't know. also i have noticed a shaking noise from the front end also, i don't know if it is a axile, or a suspension. any help would be very helpfull thank you.

The squeal is from a sensor on the pads to let you know it's time to do the brakes! The shaking can also be related to the brakes, if one or both rotors are warped...

thank you for your input. i was told by a family friend to replace the front brake pads(where i here the noise) but he said to get anti dust brake pads do you think this is what i should be looking for, and should i replace just the front or all 4

I think you should look at all 4 wheels, and find out what shape they are in...Ceramics are what he's talking about, more expensive, but I use em myself...
