I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 w/24 valve 5.9 L Cummins Turbo Diesel. It has the regular chrome grille with the 3 piece bumper. I was wondering if I bought a grille and bumper from a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Sport, would it fit my truck?

Yes, it will fint. However, your truck doesn't have fog lights. The new one will.
