2001 Dodge Ram Power Steering is out

My trucks power steering is not working and there is a reddish liquid leaking from underneath. The belt looks okay and it has fluid in it. Please help.

Check high the high pressure hose from the pump. It sounds like it is leaking. Also, make sure the trans fluid is full. PS fluid is usually clear but ATF is red.
