2001 Dodge Ram Parking Brake

I am attenpting to replace the brake rotors and calipers but am unable to remove the rotor. I think it has to do with the parking brake which I can not figure out how to release. The Chilton book says there is a hole, which I see but there is nothing in it.

Do you have rear drum or disc brakes?
