Both bulbs have been recently replaced, the battery is about 2 years old, no difference with the engine running.

Hello, check the voltage circuit to the headlamp, should be hot all the time, left side wiring color is violet, right side is violet with a white tracer. You may need to check the actual voltage reading? There are fuses on the voltage circuit.

The ground for both sides is violet with white tracer. The dimmer as well as the headlamp switch is on the ground side. You might be able to use a jumper ground, just to see if the headlight will work. If it does, you would need to track the ground circuit.

That gives me a place to start. I was kinda thinking of that. Now if it stops raining I be able to get outside and look closer at it. I do not know if their are any fuses, it's all original, has no wired in accessories. I just had the alternator checked, it is charging a bit low, I'll need to change it soon.
Thank you.
