2001 Dodge Ram noise when in drive over rough terrain.

was wondering why truck has a noise a like "a rubber mount bushing " noise while in drive and especially noisier when gonig slow over bumpy terrain. But if truck coasts with gear selector in neutral, then there is no noise. Could you identify where the noise could possibly be coming from

Have you checked the sway bar bushings? Try spraying them with penetrating oil to see if the sound goes away for awhile.
