While gas is pressed as soon as I let off gas, truck stalls?

My truck made a funny whinning noise the other day then I didn't drive it for 2 days. Went to start it, dead. Jumped battery, can get it running while gas is pressed as soon as I let off gas, truck dies. Help

Hello,

This could be due to a faulty alternator.
A good first step would be to test the alternator output. It should produce 13.6V to 15.2V to the battery.

It could also be due to dirty throttle body or bad throttle position sensor.
Cleaning out the throttle body can improve drivability.
