I have a 2001 doge ram 5.9 that keeps blowing the 10 amp a/c clutch fuse since replacing the battery. What could cause this?

Hello, maybe something wrong with ac clutch. Vehicle running, charging system working ok, it's the alternator that supplies system voltage. You could bypass the wiring issue to the compressor connector by using jumper wires for voltage and ground, use inline fuse, see if the inline fuse blows?
