Hi, I just had a transmission put in last summer and first time I tried to use 4x4 it wouldnt work, is there something easy to ck to fix this

Do you have the electric shift or the shifter on the floor? Also, if you place it in 4wd lo, does it gear down (but just not have 4wd)?
