2001 Dodge Ram 2001 Headlight Problem

My truck came with sonar projecter headlights on it. Since I have owned the truck, the high beam indicator stays on in both the high and low beam settings. Also, when the dims are on it works great. When I switch to high beam everything goes very dim. I can't figure it out!!

Before I can try to help I need to know if you have quad headlights or not. Meaning did it originaly have 4 lights in it or not. I also need to know if it is equipt with day time running lights so I can look over the right wiring diagram. Get back to me with the needed info and we will go from there.
