2000 Dodge Ram Transmission Fluid in Antifreeze

2000 Dodge Ram Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles

My Dodge Ram 2500 V10's transmission has just started to slip in the past few days. I just opened my radiator cap and there is obviously transmission fluid in my antifreeze. This does mean that the radiator needs repaired/replaced but will my transmission recover? This stuff almost looks like pepto-bismal.

Replace the radiator or have it repaired-also change transmission fluid and filter-Do not flush out the transmission might make things worst
