My truck shifts fine as long as i am above a 1/4 tank of gas. As soon as my truck get below a 1/4 tank of gas, it stop shifting. It holds the gear far to long, and then it shift.I put gas in it and it goes back to shifting just fine. Can you give me an answer on that one?

THAT IS A GOOD ONE AND SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE RELATED. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT WHEN IT GETS LOW ON GAS, THE PUMP IS STARVING THE ENGINE FOR FUEL RESULTING IN A DELAYED SHIFT. AS FAR AS THE LOW FUEL TIEING WITH THE NO SHIFTING, THEY ARE NOT TIED TOGETHER.
