2000 Dodge Ram Radio and Dome light

My radio and dome light quit working and the fuses all test to be good. Any suggestions of where to look

i would double check the fuse box, sounds like a fuse. check cigar lighter to see if that works, usually on the same circuit and lighter causes the short. check back and we can go from there.
