My blower fan doesn't work. I cant locate the fan. Where is it?

My heater works but only when moving. My blower fan doesn't work. I cant locate the fan. Where is it?

It is on the passanger side behind the glove box. Here is a picture of it. Before replacing the motor, make sure it is getting power to it.
