2000 Dodge Ram changing air filter

I need steps to remove air filter housing so I can put new air filter in. It's not like old time ones where you just open it & put new air filter in.

It should be mounted on the top of the engine. THere are two clips that open the front and it should hing from the rear.

Let me know if it is something different.
