When I get on the interstate and travel at 70mph my truck has a grinding noise. When I hit 80mph it stops or when I let go of the accelorator is stops. Where is the noise coming from?

Have you checked to make sure there isn't excess play in the output bearing from the transfer case and the input bearing on the differential? If you haven't check that first. Also, make sure the universal joints are good and tight.

Let me know what you find.
