Floor board only gets wet when AC is running. Does not when heater is running. I found a black tube about1/2 inch in diameter sticking horizontally out about 1/2 inch on the right side about glove box high on fire wall. Is this the AC drain tube? it looks too big to be that. I would think that the AC drain tube would be vertically down, not horizontal.

I think you found it. Make sure it isn't clogged.

Let me know if you have other questions.

It's not plugged as far as I can tell. I gently pushed a wire through it but it doesn't go but an inch or two before it hits something hard (screen or bend in the drain tube) and also put the shop Vac to it. I now think what is happening (after much thinking and investigating) is that the rubber grommet around the tube that is suppose to seal the firewall and the tube is deteriorated as it is "pushed" somewhat into the cab a little away from the firewall and when I tried to feel it with my fingers, it "crumbled". So I believe it is allowing the drain water that is leaving the tube to seep through the deteriorated grommet into the cab. Especially while on the road as the air swirling up under there is more than likely not allowing the drain water to drip straight down out of the tube. Instead some of it is running back along that very short tube and through the bad grommet. That's my theory right now as It seems to be logical.I plan to put some really good silicone sealant around the tube at the firewall and get about 8 inches of additional tubing to extend the drain tube so that it "hangs down" to drain, not straight out like it is now.
