Is it water or coolant?

If it does thiw when it is dry outside and has not been raining , cheeck the heater core for leaks. If happening when it rains then check by the dash for any leaks that would let outside water in, Wipe the windshield ansd see if there is a film on it. msot of the time antifreeze film is hard to get off.
