1999 Dodge Ram Using Oil and Smoking

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 it has about 120,000 miles on it. Ive been noticing that is uses alot of oil and is smoking out the tail pipes. I was wondering what should I do, is it time for a over haul ?

Depends on why its eating oil. Worn Rings? Head gasket? Is the pcv system working okay?

Might want to pul the plugs and see if it is just on particular cylinders or not.
