1999 Dodge Ram Truck will run then it wont

My turck will start sometimes and sometimes it wont. It has given me code P1294. I have 35-40 and the fuel rail test port. I have replaced the computer, MAP sensor, check for spark and have it. I have checked the injectors, all relays and battery. Any idea what this could be?

The fuel pressure kind of low and also clean and test the idle air control motor
