There is a rattling noise from the engine when accelerating. Mostly on a hill or under load, once rpm's are up, noise stops. Could it be the timing chain hitting the cover, or more in depth like valves or lifters?

Chances are at 105K, the timing chain is still good. Could the noise be pinging from the valves from cheap gas?
