I WENT INTO A SNOW FILLED DITCH WITH MY 99 DODGE RAM DESIEL AND WHEN I GOT OUT MY POWER STEER DID NOT WORK AND MY BRAKES ARE VERY STIFF. iT CAN ONLY STOP AT SLOW SPEED. DO YOU HAVE AND IDEAS OR SOLOUTIONS?

Check the serpentine belt, or the power steering pump for pressure, you have a hydraboost for power to the brakes, if the power steering goes out, so does the power brake assist.
