I was driving down the road and my truck started to loose power at larger throttle openings and then just died like it ran out of gas. It will not start again and tries to fire at wide open throttle. I have spark. I checked timing and it is good. I have 46 psi fuel pressure at the rail when I turn the key on. The motor only has 160 000 km. The motor has good compression. It has newer plugs.

If you have spark, fuel, the timing is good, and there is good compression, it should run. Was it running good up until this happened? Also, have you checked for an injector pulse?

I am unsure how to check for an injector pulse.
There were no codes when I scaned it.
It was running great until it started to run like it was starving for fuel. If I hold the throttle pedal down when I try and start it it will fire and run like crp for a second and die again
