1999 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 44.000 miles

I have spent !00$ of dollars trying to correct Gross polluter. Changed oil,plugs,filters. Now What?

add a can of seafoam to the gas.

check pcv valve, and maf sensor.
