1999 Dodge Ram Gas mileage

My gas mileage has recently fell through. I am getting 100 miles less on a tank of gas. From 15MPG to 10MPG. Where 2 start and finish on fixing this problem? Have changed oil and spark plugs and air filter. No help.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure to make sure there are no leaks?
