When I start the truck it idles smooth with an occasional missfire. When I rev up the engine to high rpm's it won't missfire at all. Also when starting at a dead stop it will missfire until into the higher rpm's and then run smooth until it drops into overdrive where the rpm's are low again. I just bought this truck so I am not really sure what the problem may be. The past owner said the fuel pump and plugs are new.

Ok so I replaced the cap and rotor and was changing all the plugs and wires while I was at it and one of the plugs broke when I was trying to get it out. All the porcelain came out but the metal threads are still in the block. What is the best way to get this out without having to take off the head?
