clogged AC drain

How do I go about unclogging the AC drain and where do I locate it at

its located about midway of firewall at the bottom, should be a rubber or plastic nipple facing downward, simply grab a pen and stick it inside the drain and manipulate it so that you can free whatever debris is in there, if it is a hard plastic nipple then get something flexible and do the same thing
