1999 Dodge Ram batery backwords

Hi, I just bought a 99 dodge ram 1500 4x4. The owner before me put the batery in backwords,now I don't have int.lights, a radio,or power mirrors. I checked fuses&relays. Can you help please!

Check fuse # 12 10 A in the junction block left end of dash
it should have power at all times

Thank you for responding,I did replace it and nothing.
I also took my truck to autozone to check for a code and they could not read OBD2.Please respond.

as much as I hate to say it you will have to take truck to dealer and have them reprogram the computer
