1998 Dodge Ram Wipers turn on with turn signals and horn

1998 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My wipers turn on every time I use my turn signals or honk my horn. I've checked wiring for shorts and the fuse panel but can't find the problem.

That is an interesting one. Have you taken apart the steering column to check for shorts there? Also, I recommend having the multi function switch checked.
