1998 Dodge Ram will not turn over

Just changed battery and the vehicle will not turn over. I have power everywhere except the power windows and the vehicle will not even turn over. I have visually checked all fuses in panel and under hood and all are good.

I assumed that it's not cranking over at all/nothing when you turn key to run position-check and test the following starter motor, starter motor relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch that's if the battery and connections are good
