this truck is a farm vehicle with 244,000 miles, when it is in 4wd and seems to be when turning left its goes from 4wd to 2wd along with a popping noise. i have replaced the actuator along with the 2 vacuum pods. i have checked vacuum routing, i believe it may have something to do with an axle because of the pop noise. any help would be appreciated. thank you

There is a slide that engages the 4wd at the axle via vacuum. Based on the mileage, either the slide is bad or the splins on the axle. That would be my guess.
