my right blinker doesnt work when the lights are on but it works when the lights are off and I already replaced the lightbulb so I dont know whats wrong with it now

Did the lights stop blinking before replacement of the bulb?

If yes, it is most likely to be a bad ground connection either at front light or rear taillights.
