1998 Dodge Ram Rear end whinning

I think i may have a bad pinion bearing my rear diff whines only when theres load on it when you let off the gas it dosent whine what could this be?

Hi there, this is how a diff pinion bearing will response under load, wheel bearings will just be noisy and increase with road speed and not alter pitch with throttle response.
