1998 Dodge Ram rear brake noise

rear brakes making squealing noise also locking up on and off at dealer now has been there 3 times they can't figure it out has new drums shoes and springs can you help

Could be the ride hieght sensing valve, if you hve one on your truck, see if they can set the pressure...the other thing, and I can't see how a dealership can missit, but missing hardware, or oil, grease on the shoes. Have they checked for frozen wheel cylinders?
