1998 Dodge Ram power steering pump

my power steering pump seems to be screetching while i drive. can i add something with the fluid to stop it or am i going to have to replace the whole kit-n-kabodle?

If the fluid level is correct, try removing a little and add about 3 tbsp of motor oil to see if it will quiet down. If not you might be looking at replacing it
