1998 Dodge Ram ignition coil

I replaced the engine in my 1500 and now I cant get a spark to my ignition coil. Ive put a tester to the fuses and to the spark plugs and everything came out lighting up. The car wont turn over but sounds like its trying to. I believe that the ignition coil is getting no spark to it. Any ideas on how to help this?

If you are getting spark, the coil is working to some extent. Is the spark to the plugs a hot blue snapping spark?
