The truck is in excellent shape. I have owned it about 6 months. Just put in a new water pump and antifreeze. The heater has never blown hot. It will warm , but you have to blow it on high to keep it just warm in the truck and it is a single cab. It never gets hot. What do I need to do?

Check the heater core if its clogged if not replace the thermostat and go from there. Also check the radiator
