1998 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when i turn my steering wheel all the way to the right i hear a grinding nosie coming from the the right of my pick up

Hi:
Have the axle joints checked. They are located at the end of the axle nearest to the backing plate.
