1998 Dodge Ram engine problem

I can be driving at any speed and as soon as I take my foot of the gas the motor will quit (stall) but it will restart at least for now can some tell me what it may be

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pressure?

No there is no check engine light, I didnt check pressure I dont have a way to do this. What would I need? And I checked to see if anything would come up on my hyper tech programmer but nothing showed.
