my truck's abs and brake light will not turn off and my speedomiter will not register until 25 to 30 mph

This is going to need a scanner to diagnose. The codes ned to be pulled from the computer and the sensors for speed need to be viewed while it's moving. Sounds like a speed sensor problem.
