1997 Dodge Ram wierd noise in reverse

I have a 1997 dodge ram. Has 150000 miles on it. Drives fine in every gear except reverse. When you put it in reverse, has a half screetchy noise half grinding noise you could say. What is the the problem?

I have a 1997 ram 1500 V8 5.2 two wheel drive with 135,000 miles that makes the same noise. Not long after I noticed it my transmission crapped out and i had it rebuilt, but it still makes that noise. The transmission shop said they didn't see anything that would cause it.
