Engine Cooling problem
1997 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My temperature in my truck has been rising; the thermostat has been replaced and so has the water pump. The radiator is about 2 years old. Could it be that the radiator is clogged? If it is, do I have to replace it? Or can I just flush it?
Some mechanic guy said it can't be flushed. Is this true?

It can be flushed. When does it happen, when sitting in traffic or on the highway?
